Education

Sonex Construction Group Ltd. has made a commitment to education in each operating year. Employees are strongly encouraged to gain proper training in areas such as safety, dangerous goods handling and trade certificates. Individuals, after completing 6 months with the industry, are encouraged to apprentice in a trade.

Trade certification or apprentice registration are the pre-requisites for employment on facility work. A good reserve of such employees are available. Sonex monitors expiry dates on certificates to ensure a performance safety standard.
